Company Role - Lead agency - special promotions.
Project Description - 1) Direct recruitment campaign for players. Outdoor campaign targeting individuals (first in history). 2) Direct mail and brochures to sell executive level season tickets and bring awareness of Super Bowl XLI at Dolphins Stadium.

Project Description - Full global re-brand and implementation. From business cards to t.v. to building wraps.
Results - BA sustained it’s domestic and international markets in the face of much more global competition. BA remains one of the only international airlines with tangible brand values.

Project Description - Managed the Production, Creative and Web Departments. The Group and all products were redesigned and rebranded. Launched the largest financial recruitment website in Europe in six weeks.
Results - 30% increase in domestic market readership. 200% increase in ad sales. Smooth running of all operations, no increase in staff spend.

Project Description - SAGA was commissioned to redesign all products (magazines, books, brochures, charts, inserts, website and ad campaigns).
Results - 40% decrease in print and distribution costs. Production time reduced from 1 month to 1 week. Advised NUMEDX to push traffic through website to further reduce future print costs.
